Cancellation Policy:

Membership should be cancelled only by written notice in person at The Foundry’s facility with 1 month notice given.  Monthly membership contracts are on-going monthly agreements unless cancelled as stated above and member cancels their own direct debit.  After the initial agreement, the ongoing month to month contract will be charged at present rates.

Membership Access

The gym membership agreement entitles the member the access The Foundry.  Opening hours are as follows:

Mon-Thur: 6am-10pm                                                            Sat: 7am-6pm

Fri: 6am-8pm                                                                           Sun: 10am-4pm

Gym rules and Participation

The member hereby agrees to abide by all safety guidelines and regulations whilst using The

Foundry’s facility and equipment.  Appropriate training kit and footwear should be worn at all times.

Consumption of drugs, alcohol or tobacco products should not be consumed on The Foundry’s property.  If it is suspected that you are under the influence of any drug or alcohol substance, you will be asked to leave the property and your membership will be terminated.

The member agrees not to photograph or videotape The Foundry’s property unless approved.

The Foundry (Elixir Lifestyle Ltd) reserves the right to revoke the Member’s access if these terms are violated.

The member agrees that any damages to them or their property whilst using The Foundry’s facility is completely at their own risk and cannot hold The Foundry (Elixir Lifestyle Ltd) responsible for any damages or injuries.

The Foundry’s facility is dogs friendly.  The member agrees and acknowledges that they are not allergic to the animals and approves the dogs to roam within the facility.

Personal Training is available at The Foundry independently from you, the members,  membership.  Terms should be agreed separately with our team of Personal Trainers and the member accepts that this is not part of the membership and will incur additional fees.

This gym membership contract shall be considered binding upon the Member and The Foundry (Elixir Lifestyle Ltd), and shall be upheld and enforced in accordance with the laws of Scotland.  Any legal proceedings related to this gym membership contract shall take place in courts located in Scotland

The below signed parties hereby enter into this gym membership contract with one another in acknowledgement and acceptance of the terms listed above
